We realize today a simple but always appreciated: a apple pie enriched with candied.
This is a recipe for shortbread soft (Read the recipe here base of pastryfast and smooth), we're going to fill it with chunks of apple and candied. We have made use of silicone molds in star and delta, but you can use the forms to Favorites. If you do not have silicone molds, simply increase of 10 degrees the temperature of the oven. In addition to beautiful to behold are really good!
Apple pie and candied fruit

Prepared in a few simple steps your pie with apples and candied, enjoy the result!
- FOR SHORT PASTRY
- 500 gr farina 00
- 180 gr sugar
- 250 gr donkey
- 3 eggs
- 1 bag yeast vanilla
- 1 pinch of sale
- FOR THE TOPPING
- 2 apples white
- 100 gr candy
- 1 lemon
- icing sugar q.b.
- Prepare the pastry according to the instructions above.
- Cut the apples into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Take the pastry and roll into balls.
- Roll out the pastry into the molds soft and filled with apples and candied. Richiudete the molds with the pastry.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. The pastry is ready when it will take on a nice golden color. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar at will.
